Students are expected to participate in the major games organised by the school and to take part in routine physical training, gymnastics, athletics, marathons, Judo, Karate and Taekwando, unless they are exempted on medical grounds.
The school offers a variety of hobbies and it encourages children to spend his or her leisure in pursuing a hobby. The school also encourages students to take an intelligent interest, if not an active part, in the co-curricular activities in the school, such as music and dances, embroidery, painting, S.U.P.W. (Socially Useful Productive Work) various crafts, debating, dramatics, elocution and writing articles for the school magazine and other publications. These activities provide a creative outlet for the energy and talent of growing children and apart from broadening the interests of children, they also help in the creation of a more balanced and fully educated individual, which is the aim of our system of education.
